GROUND SHIPPING TO CANADA IS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST. Buyer is solely responsible for payment of all import taxes, duties, and fees.  That is standard when ordering from another country. 

All sales are final. Returns are only allowed within 30 days of original purchase. Return policy must be followed. Please refer to return policy below.

Neither Springfield Speaker, nor any of it's representatives, will share ANY of your personal information with ANYONE, ANYWHERE, ANYTIME without your written permission.**

Any personal information gathered will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction in a timely manner.

**Written permission can be granted in person, by mail, or by email.

RETURNS
In order for returns to be accepted as valid, buyer must contact us within 30 days of the original purchase, and PRIOR to sending the product back.

- If item is returned due to seller error or product defect...Springfield Speaker will replace item, or issue FULL refund.
 
- If return is due to buyer error, buyer changing their mind, or buyer no longer wanting/needing the product, then seller will issue full refund MINUS a 30% restocking fee, and BUYER is responsible for return shipping.

You must enclose a note that includes your name, contact phone number and email, so we can process the return correctly. NO refunds will be issued until Springfield Speaker LLC has received and processed the return.
There are NO refunds on adhesives, or adhesive-related products.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN BRAND NEW, UNUSED CONDITION

All products, with the exception of speakers**, are shipped by USPS 1st Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.
Express Mail (Overnight) shipping is available with special order. Choose the Express Mail option at checkout, or call us at 417-501-4522 if this is neccessary.

**Speaker orders will be shipped by UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made by calling us at 417-501-4522
